John Finegan is a Harvard-trained executive coach and founder who helps CEOs, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders make better decisions, build stronger leadership teams, and create organizations that thrive.
For more than 45 years, John has operated at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and real-world execution. Unlike many coaches whose credibility is grounded primarily in theory or facilitation, John has built, scaled, and led three successful businesses and worked at senior levels with complex institutions, including IBM and the American Cancer Society, leading teams through growth, change, and uncertainty.
